Mom gave me her wedding dress. It was musty and yellow so I washed it up.  Now onto eBay or Craig's list.

Sunday, February 9 Turkey Mole

I have been wanting to make mole for years.  I had a big turkey leg in the freezer, so I used that to make turkey mole.  The turkey leg was poached for a few hours so the meat was tender and fell off the bones. The sauce was full of herbs and spices, chocolate and nuts.  It was worth the effort.
Ready to poach

Ready to eat!
